Self Service Reset Password O365
You can reset O365 password by yourself via this link https://portal.office.com
Please follow step as below to reset O365 password.
- Click “forgot my password”.
- Enter your ARV email and Enter Characters in the picture then click next.
There are two options to reset password and unlock password.
- Choose “I forgot my password” to reset password.
- Choose “I know my password, but still can’t sign in” to unlock account. If you tired signing in with incorrect password too many times.
- Choose “Text my mobile phone” and enter your phone number that was registered at first time sign in O365 then click text.
- Enter verification code from SMS and click next
- Click “Send Notification” then press approve on your mobile app “Microsoft Authenticator”
- Enter new password then click “Finish” to change your password
Please follow policy as below to set new password
A password must contains at least 9 characters and consist of
- At least 1 Uppercase letters of European languages (A-Z, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- At least 1 Lowercase letters of European languages (a-z, sharp-s, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- At least 1 Base 10 digits (0-9)
- At least 1 Special Characters or Non-alphanumeric characters (!, $, #, %, _ [Underscore])
